The Resort offers facilities that are nestled in levels on a hillslope to provide panoramic views of the Wayanad hills and forests, while ensuring that guests feel as one with surrounding nature.

To give you an authenticKerala experience, we also have an in house multi cuisine restaurant specialized in Kerala cuisine and a Spa specialized in the ancient system of medicine, that is Ayurveda. Location is right on the highway. Nearest attractions are lakkidi view point, en ooru tribal village and zipline. Service at the resort was good. Food was good. Place is nestled in nature with cottages at various levels. No nuisance of maddening crowds.

Beautiful resort built adjacent to wildlife reserve with theme of traditional architecture which fits well with surrounding nature. Some say building is old without realizing it's theme. Surroundings are peaceful with plenty of indoor & outdoor games to spend time.

Upavan is a classic hotel with all modern amenities. The service was excellent, inf-act i had my car window open overnight. The staff identified it and kept an extra vigil over my car and ensure that none of my belonging ms were stolen. I would recommend this hotel for families.
